sheep to shawl

It was a long, wonderful day spent laughing and enjoying the process. All that joy and energy ended up in our wacky shawl and we came in second place! The finished piece was soft and drapey and the right dimensions. The inlay added some visual texture and when it was all finished the colours worked really well together.

We were by far the loudest, and most colourful of all the competitors. These ladies take it very seriously! I think they might have thought we were a little crazy and they weren’t far off.
